On January 13, 2024, Dr. Wolfram Tetzlaff will speak on the topic “Mend the Gap”.

Dr. Tetzlaff is the chair of the Spinal Cord Injury Research Group and the Director of ICORD (International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries) at UBC. He leads a research program focused on nerve repair options following spinal cord injuries. This lecture will be conducted in English. Feel free to invite your English-speaking friends and acquaintances.

Coffee, tea, and cake will be served at 2:00 PM as usual. The program will follow at 2:30 PM.

  • Please understand if there are any changes to the program.
  • Family and friends are warmly welcomed.
  • The Benevolent Society appreciates your donations, which help cover the costs of coffee, cake, and other expenses.
  • Please use only the side entrance to the large hall (Atrium).
  • Follow the signs down to the right and through the lower parking lot.
  • Do not go through the nursing home.

The Benevolent Society will try to reserve some parking spaces for the guests of this event, which will be marked with orange traffic cones.
