FotoFilmic is an arts organization based on Bowen Island, dedicated to supporting analog photographic artists through exhibitions and publications, as well as seminars, public talks, and master workshops. Within this, FOTOFILMIC18 is the 6th edition of FotoFilmic's annual touring exhibition juried by an international panel of photography curators and established artists. One of the jurors was Mr. Joachim Brohm, a distinguished German photographer. The group exhibition FOTOFILMIC18 features 30 emerging and mid-career analogue photographers representing 12 countries, including Florian Bong-Kil Grosse from Germany.
