While we were riding on Vancouver’s Sky train, we came across this young Dortmund fan who proudly wore Dortmund’s official team logo. Since we will be receiving a delegation from the city of Dortmund on the Day of German Unity, October 3^rd, we began to wonder how many Dortmund fans there are in Vancouver. To make our research more exciting, we have come up with a photo contest:

We invite you Dortmund fans out there, to take a picture of yourselves with your club logo in front of one of Vancouver’s many landmarks (e.g. Canada Place, First Nations Totem Pole) and send it by private message to our official Facebook page ‘German Consulate General Vancouver’ on or before August 31, 2019.
The winner will receive TWO tickets to the official reception of the Consulate General on the evening of October 3^rd AND a Meet and Greet with Dortmund's Mayor Ullrich Sierau!

The best pictures of you will be published on our Facebook page and the final winner will be selected by our social media community!
