At the end of September, the German Consulate General in Vancouver will organize a Sustainability Week. The Consulate is delighted to welcome Boris Lauser, one of Germany’s celebrated Vegan Chefs and author and founder of a renowned Plant Based Institute for raw food in Berlin. Boris Lauser will host a vegan pop-up dinner with the German cuisine Bauhaus Restaurant in Vancouver on September 26.
