The Alliance Française of Vancouver, EUNIC Canada-Vancouver, in partnership with the Vancouver Writers Fest and the French Embassy invited Wilfried N’Sondé. He is a French author who was born in Congo (Brazzaville) and who will read from his first novel “The heart of the Leopard Children”. His novel is about a young man who moved with his parents from Congo to Paris and who is confronted with the difficulties of a new start in a new city.  The heart of the Leopard Children was awarded the Prix des Cinq Continents de la Francophonie and the Prix Senghor. (The event will be held in English and French).
