The German Consulate General and the Alpen Club are pleased to invite you to the first screening of the German classic ‘Feuerzangenbowle’ with Heinz Rühmann in Vancouver!

We serve real Feuerzangenbowle (special mulled wine) and complimentary cake and coffee will be provided by the Alpenclub!

Bring a flashlight and a bicycle bell for the event to make it a special experience (you will need them throughout the movie). And in case you like to go above and beyond: the person in the best Dress (i.e. tailcoat, cylinder and a walking cane) will get a special surprise!

For kids and teenager we show the movie “Auf Augenhöhe” (German with English subtitles) in the Weinstube at the Alpen Club.

The “Feuerzangenbowle” is shown in German without subtitles.
