At the end of the German EU Council Presidency, the St. Mark’s parish together with the German Consulate General in Vancouver organized a festive concert on the occasion of the 250th birthday of the composer Ludwig van Beethoven, the great son of the city of Bonn. The French Consul General Philippe Sutter and the Austrian Honorary Consul David Haber also took part in the event. Consul General Dr. Klaus Schmidt thanked Pastor Ermisch, the participating artists and the city of Bonn for their generous support.
