In September, German cellist Benedict Klöckner will perform at the new Architecture of Music Festival in Vancouver. 

The OPUS Klassik prize winner Benedict Klöckner is one of the “most exciting cellists of his generation” (Welt am Sonntag). Benedict played all Bach Cello Suites most recently at the Philharmonie Berlin in Germany.

In Vancouver, he will be performing Bach, Schostakovich and Popper on September 18, 2022, at 3 PM in the Shaw Tower Lobby. The same day at 7 PM he will also be performing Dvořák’s famous “Dumky” piano trio with Violinist Clémence de Forceville and pianist Melani Mestre at Oakridge Park Gallery.
