The International Service (ZAV) is a service of the German Federal Employment Agency (BA). The BA works with many high-ranking domestic and international cooperation partners and labor market services. The focus is on the immigration of skilled workers from abroad and the placement of special professional groups.
The ZAV is the central point of contact for all questions about working and living in Germany. With its information and advisory services, the ZAV supports foreign employees - both before and after entry - to quickly find their way around Germany and to feel welcome.
