On Goethe on Demand, the Goethe-Institut's streaming platform, the Goethe-Institut presents various online film programmes, film festivals and film series for its audience, which can be streamed from home.
The films are presented in their original language with subtitles. They are accessible online and free of charge after registration.
The current film series New Directions looks back at the last 20 years of exciting, innovative and daring works by young German filmmakers. In 20 exciting works, the series presents the innovative power and impressive ingenuity of the younger German film scene.
