Keynote address by Liliane Pari Umuhoza
Liliane is a human rights advocate who uses her life experience of surviving the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and non-profit work to promote peace and summon global dialogue and actions against human right abuses. She is the founder of Retreat for Women Genocide Survivors.
