Consul General Marc Eichhorn seized the opportunity of the inauguration of the new Honorary Consul Benedict Nussbaum in Saskatoon to also convene with the Saskatoon German Council, which serves as the overarching entity for German associations in Saskatchewan and which at the same time is a vital collaborator of the German Consulate General in all things Saskatchewan. 

The Saskatchewan German Council even has its own podcast, which is worth checking out! 

The councils objective is to preserve, promote, and celebrate the German language, traditions, and culture for the people of Saskatchewan.
