Decades of cinematic masterpieces are brought to life by his band and a world-class orchestra at Dubai’s iconic Coca-Cola Arena and beyond. Featuring conversations with Billie Eilish, Sir Christopher Nolan, Denis Villeneuve, Finneas, Jerry Bruckheimer, Johnny Marr, Pharrell Williams, Tanya Lapointe, Timothée Chalamet, and Zendaya, the film offers viewers a rare glimpse into Zimmer’s creative process, exploring the drive to create and the stories behind his closest collaborations. This film captures the magic and storytelling power of Zimmer’s music in an unforgettable cinematic experience.

Marcel Barsotti’s Transformation

In 2024, Marcel Barsotti made his debut as a film director with ‘Transformation’, a dystopian, elaborately AI-generated science fiction short film that deals with the question of whether life in the universe is peacefully possible. Shortly after the film was completed, it was already in competition at several international festivals and has received six awards to date, including the Rome Independent Film Festival Award and the IPF Merit Award (Peace Prize) at the International Peace Festival in Toronto. Barsotti wrote the screenplay and film music for his directorial debut and was responsible for sound design, editing, sound and dubbing.

About the film:

Only humans still live on Earth. Dangerous genetic experiments have wiped out the entire food chain. The only food which is keeping the last humans alive is the yellow Nova. In the far future, the last Drakzuls, highly intelligent beings, had to flee from their homeland, their planet destroyed by their enemies. They are searching for a new world to survive. And they found it.
