On a wild treasure hunt around the world, Checker Tobi must find his childhood friend Marina and uncover the mystery of the flying rivers. One day, Tobi receives a locked treasure chest. It comes from his former substitute Grandmother, Mrs. Vogelsang, who promises: whoever opens the chest will receive the greatest treasure in the world. But only one person has the key: Marina- a globetrotter and Tobi’s best friend from childhood. But where is she? The search for Marina marks the beginning of Tobi’s biggest adventure yet, taking him to Vietnam, Mongolia, and Brazil.
