Frohes Neues Jahr - Registration Open for 2nd Term

The Deutsche Sprachschulen (Metro Toronto) Inc. (“DSS”) is a not-for-profit organization that has been operating German Saturday schools (KG to Grade 12) since 1956. Admissions for the 2nd term of the school year (January-June) are now open.

To celebrate the winter holiday season, their three schools hosted the traditional Weihnachtsfeier for the community.

At DSS Richmond Hill, the winter concert was a festive highlight with poems, songs, and plays, and they were honored by the visit of Mayor David West, who congratulated students on their DSD exams.

DSS Scarborough students delighted their families with a variety of performances, including dances, songs, and sketches, while everyone enjoyed Advent treats from the parent community.

At DSS Toronto Central West, students entertained with songs, plays, and a game show, followed by the annual potluck, where they celebrated achievements like the Jugend Debattiert finalist and the student exchange to Germany.
