Oktoberfest

It's that time again! The yearly Oktoberfest will take place on October 12 at 2:00 pm. Look forward to live music with the fantastic Peter Paulus, who will create the best atmosphere with his “Schunkelliedern” and rousing vocals.

Of course, there will also be culinary highlights: Enjoy freshly baked pretzels with cheese and butter, beer and wine.

Come along and experience an unforgettable afternoon full of singing, dancing and good humor. Cheers!

Age into your SAGE

In this interactive 1.5-hour workshop for all ages, professional Coach Christine Spreter brings her expertise, experience, energy and empathy to engage you in the workings of your mind impacting your health, relationships and attitude towards end of life. For gracefully aging into your Sage, you will learn how to strengthen your three core mental “muscles”:

- The Self-Command Muscle

- The Saboteur Interceptor muscle

- The Sage Muscle

SAGEing in this context refers to findings in neuroplasticity about the possibility of changing your neuronal pathways at any given time for more quality of life including wellbeing, healthy relationships, acceptance and peace towards life’s end.

The workshop will take place on October 26th at 2pm and will be held in English.

Born and raised in Germany, Christine Spreter von Kreudenstein emigrated to Canada in 2006, holding an M.A. and MEd for modern literature and language acquisition. With increased awareness of the interactions between mind and body, her inquisitiveness has led her to trade a career in education for coaching with a focus on mindset and mental fitness training. She is a certified Associate Coach with the International Coaching Federation, certified Positive Intelligence™ coach and a Trauma-Informed Professional. Clients and workshop participants have expressed feeling supported in a heart-centred and safe space to experience freedom from an overstressed mind and an expansion of their spirit into growth and potential.
