In August, the social life of German Vancouverites revolved mainly around the burning question “Is he coming or not?” That question has now been answered, and Thomas Müller–the German goal-scoring king for those who don't know him yet–landed in Vancouver yesterday. We are excited to see how his career progresses with the Whitecaps, with whom he has signed a contract until the end of the year.
On Sunday night, Müller will play for his new club for the first time in a home game against Houston Dynamo. The Vancouver Whitecaps jerseys are already sold out which has brought the Canadian club its highest jersey sales in club history.
