After the rich foods of the holidays, it makes particular sense to consciously focus on the topic of health again.

Udo Erasmus has researched this topic extensively, published books and articles, and will give guests an exciting insight into the world of fats and oils and their effects on health. You are welcome to find out more about Udo Erasmus and his oils in advance on the internet. The lecture will be held in English. Udo Erasmus also speaks German.

Family and friends are always welcome.

Please note that, as always, our program begins at 2 p.m. Coffee, tea, and something sweet will be served as usual. The meeting will take place in the atrium. Please use only the side entrance to the large hall (atrium). Three blue chairs reserve parking spaces for you in the lower parking lot.
