Article

We would like to ask for your support in assisting a German Master's student conducting important research on the cultural adaptation of young Germans living abroad. The student’s thesis focuses on understanding how a strong connection to one's home country might help with better adaptation to life abroad.

The research specifically targets young people from Generation Z (born between 1996 and 2010), who feel connected to German culture and are currently living abroad temporarily for work. Since many of you are in contact with Germans living overseas and may have young employees or interns who fit this target group, we would be grateful if you could forward this request to anyone who may be interested.

To the Survey

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. As a small token of appreciation, Amazon gift cards will be raffled among the participants.

The researcher is happy to share the study’s results upon completion, which could be of interest to your own work as well.

Thank you for your time and support!
