The Canadian Benevolent Society invites the Vancouver community to celebrate Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 17, 2026. From 3 to 7 p.m., Dogwood Lodge will turn into a festive gathering place for an afternoon of live music, dancing, traditional food, beer, and good company.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the Oktoberfest spirit by wearing a Dirndl or Lederhosen, although traditional attire is certainly not required. The event offers an opportunity to come together, enjoy German-inspired food and music, and celebrate a tradition that has become popular far beyond Germany.
