If you pension payments is delayed, or your address or bank information has changed please contact the handling partner NL-Renten Service of Deutsche Post AG:

Please indicate your pension ID (located on your pension ID card) as well as the month of the missing payment.
If your pension is not paid by NL Renten Service please contact your pension insurance directly.
