The annual Remembrance Day Service to commemorate the dead of the Two World Wars as well as the victims of tyranny (Volkstrauertag) will be held on Sunday, November 17 2019, at 2:30 pm at Woodland Cemetry, 119 Arlington Boulevard in Kitchener, Ontario (memorial site for German soldiers, who died in Canada as prisoners of war). Thomas E. Schultze, German Consul General in Toronto, will lay down a wreath.
