Legalization of Canadian police record checks by RCMP Ottawa ONLY
The German consulates in Toronto and Vancouver can only legalize original Canadian police record checks (“certified criminal record check”) issued by RCMP headquarters in Ottawa (with photo and fingerprints of the applicant) and authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa.
